肉燥風味拌麵3入是大師兄銷魂麵舖的台式古早味乾拌麵，以台灣產紅蔥頭、純豬油慢火精燉與 2.4mm 細麵製成。風味特色是紅蔥香、豬油醇厚感、醬油鹹香與蒜香，附 3 克辣油包可自行調整辣度，不加辣油就是零辣。
肉燥風味拌麵是以台灣產紅蔥頭、純豬油、醬油、蒜仁與白胡椒堆疊出的台式古早味乾拌麵，主打紅蔥豬油香、醬香與鹹香不膩的日常風味。
沒有實體肉塊。這款主打紅蔥豬油精華，透過純豬油長時間精燉帶出肉脂香與蔥香，風味像現煮肉燥，但醬包本身不含肉塊。
這款附 3 克辣油包，辣度可自行調整。不加辣油就是零辣，適合不太吃辣的人；想要風味更完整，則可以依個人口味加入部分或全部辣油。
